That's me! 
I won an awesome giveaway hosted by Meredith over at Eat, Drink, Run, and Be Mommy.  Meredith creates and sells amazing cards at her etsy shop Cuddlebug Cards.  Please go check them out, seriously I wanted to pick all of them.  She also makes the coolest things called skinny labels, they are like your basic return address label but they wrap around the back of the envelope with cute designs on them.  Plus she has a ridiculously fast turn around, I emailed her this afternoon with my pic and she already sent me the proof of my card, which is perfect, she is truly talented.  I can't wait to see my Christmas cards in person.
I am so excited!
 
 
Back to exercise, here is a copy of my 10k training.  I was planning on starting this week, as in yesterday.  I did my weights and stretching yesterday but I could not fit in my run today so I bumped the start to next week.  I wanted to post this schedule so that I feel more accountable.  So please feel free to yell at me if I slip, I am sure to need a good kick in the butt.
